Front of House Supervisor
The Front of House Supervisor is responsible for leadership and supervision of front of house staff and providing support for all Front of House services. The Front of Duties include scheduling (call times & breaks), managing set up and tear down, and maintenance of the event site.

Hostess
The hostess is responsible for catering, off site trips and errands, driving, and supporting crew members in providing outstanding customer service.

Shine Boutique Crew
The Shine Boutique team is responsible for providing outstanding customer service in sales and in assisting teachers, parents, dancers and other guests with basic festival information.
Qualifications:
- Outstanding customer service skills

- Dance background is an asset
Scorekeeper
The scorekeeper is responsible for tabulating, tracking and recording scores and awards.
Qualifications:
- Excellent computer skills, experience with MS Access an asset
- Organized & detail oriented
- Must be efficient at multitasking and time management
Stage Manager
The stage manager is responsible for the direction of the backstage area, playing music and assisting dancers and teachers.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a backstage environment and using basic audio equipment
- Excellent organizational & time management skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- The ability to maintain composure under pressure
Backstage Assistant
The backstage assistant will assist the stage manager in managing backstage traffic and behavior, and assist in the preparation and presentation of awards.
Qualifications:
- Enjoys working with kids, experience is an asset
- Experience in a backstage environment
- Excellent communication skills
MC
The MC is responsible for keeping the audience informed and entertained and for upholding an atmosphere of fun and excitement throughout the Shine Dance Festival competition.
Qualifications:
- Experienced and confident in front of an audience
- Enjoys working with kids

- Excellent communication skills, grammar and vocabulary
