  • REGISTRATION:

    • Registration and reservations will be through DanceBUG and may only be filed by studio owners

    • All entry fees and pricing are only available to studio owners and directors with a registered DanceBug account 

    • ALL entries must be submitted online through DanceBUG

    • Submissions must be finalized 30 days prior to the event

    • Entries submitted without full payment 30 days prior to the event WILL NOT be scheduled

  • SCHEDULING:

    • The schedule will be emailed to studio owners/directors approximately 7-10 days prior to the event

    • Dancers should arrive performance ready 1.5 hours prior to their scheduled stage time

    • Any changes to entries after 15 days prior to event date are at the discretion of Shine Dance Challenge staff and will be subject to fees

 

  • FEES: 

    • Change fees will be charged for level and category changes as follows:

      • 15 days and under: $10 fee per entry

      • 7 days and under: $20 fee per entry 

  • MUSIC:

    • Music must be submitted 30 days prior to the event through DanceBUG

    • Ensure music files are correct before uploading, as Shine Dance Challenge does not have the ability to change music during our events

    • Always have back up copies of all music files in digital format (MP3, USB, IPhone, etc.) CDs will not be accepted 

    • Music deemed inappropriate may be subjected to deductions or disqualification
